3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely inventory counts.
4. Maintain a clean and organized backroom to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
5. Assist customers with any inquiries or requests related to merchandise in the backroom.
6. Utilize proper lifting and safety techniques when handling merchandise.
7. Work efficiently to meet deadlines and ensure timely stocking of merchandise on the sales floor.
8. Communicate any inventory discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner.
9. Follow company policies and procedures for handling and storing merchandise.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
11. Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks and achieve store goals.
12. Attend and actively participate in training and meetings to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
13. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
14. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the company to customers at all times.
