Backroom Associate

1. Receive and unpack merchandise from delivery trucks and ensure it is organized and stored properly in the backroom.

3. Ensure all merchandise is labeled correctly and placed in the designated areas for easy retrieval.
4. Maintain a clean and organized backroom to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
5. Assist with stocking shelves and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor as needed.

10. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and improve overall performance.
11. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
12. Continuously seek ways to improve backroom processes and procedures for increased productivity.
13. Adhere to company standards of conduct and professionalism while representing Sam's Club.
14. Flexibility to work in different areas of the store as needed, including the sales floor and front-end.
15. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards members and team members at all times.
