Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers with a friendly and helpful attitude, take orders, and provide assistance as needed.
2. Ensure the cafe area is clean and well-stocked at all times.
3. Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, snacks, and light meals.
4. Follow food safety standards and safe work practices.
5. Resolve customer complaints in an appropriate manner.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
7. Count and balance cash registers at the end of each shift.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
9. Assist in other areas of the cafe as needed.
10. Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed.
