- Lead and manage a team of designers to develop innovative and visually appealing packaging designs for our private brand products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and procurement to ensure packaging meets brand standards and aligns with product goals.
- Develop and maintain a clear understanding of customer needs and preferences through market research and analysis, and use this knowledge to inform packaging design decisions.
- Drive the creative vision for packaging design, ensuring that it aligns with the company's overall brand strategy and values.
- Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across all packaging.
- Manage the packaging design process from concept to production, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of final designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate our packaging designs.
- Conduct reviews and provide feedback on packaging concepts and designs to ensure they meet brand standards and objectives.
- Develop and manage budgets for packaging design projects.
- Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and thrive in their roles.
- Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or challenges that may arise during the packaging design process.
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective production of packaging designs.
Bachelor's Degree In Graphic Design, Packaging Design, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Packaging Design, With At Least 3 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.
Strong Understanding Of Brand Strategy And The Ability To Translate It Into Effective Packaging Designs.
Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite, As Well As Knowledge Of Industry Trends And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Work Cross-Functionally With Various Departments.
