As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store by safely and efficiently operating a forklift to move and replenish merchandise throughout the store.   1. Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move and replenish merchandise throughout the store.
  2. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating the forklift.
  3. Ensure all merchandise is properly stacked and secured on the forklift.
  4. Use proper lifting techniques to prevent injury and damage to merchandise.
  5. Assist in receiving and unloading merchandise from delivery trucks.
  6. Verify and count received merchandise to ensure accuracy.
  7. Transport merchandise from the receiving area to the appropriate department or storage location.
  8. Monitor merchandise levels and inform management when inventory is low.
  9. Keep track of inventory and report any discrepancies to management.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the forklift and surrounding areas.
  11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
  12. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
  13. Assist in setting up displays and signage throughout the store.
  14. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to forklift operation and safety.
  15. Attend training and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  16. Maintain a positive attitude and work ethic, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Forklift Certification: Candidates Must Possess A Valid Forklift Certification To Operate Equipment Safely And Efficiently In The Warehouse Environment.

  • Merchandising Experience: Previous Experience In Merchandising, Stocking, Or Inventory Management Is Preferred To Ensure Familiarity With Store Layout And Product Placement.

  • Physical Fitness: This Role Requires Frequent Lifting And Moving Of Heavy Items, So Candidates Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Perform These Tasks With Ease.
