Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate

1. Stocking and organizing freezer, cooler, and deli sections: Ensure that all products are properly stocked and arranged in an organized manner for easy customer access.
2. Maintaining inventory levels: Regularly monitor inventory levels and communicate any low stock items to management to ensure timely restocking.
3. Rotating products: Follow proper rotation procedures to ensure that older products are placed in front for quicker sale and newer products are placed in the back.
4. Checking product quality: Inspect products for any defects or damages and remove any expired or damaged items from the shelves.
5. Providing exceptional customer service: Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, answer any questions they may have, and assist them in finding products.
6. Keeping work area clean and organized: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including shelves, displays, and backroom storage areas.
7. Collaborating with team members: Work closely with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the department.
8. Following safety protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines when handling and storing products, including proper use of equipment and following food safety regulations.
9. Upselling and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
10. Attending training sessions: Participate in training sessions to learn about new products, promotions, and procedures to enhance job performance.
