  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all members by greeting and assisting them with their shopping needs.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment by promptly retrieving and sanitizing carts.
  3. Monitor and manage cart inventory levels to ensure availability for members at all times.
  4. Assist members with loading and unloading their purchases into their vehicles.
  5. Respond to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Proactively identify and resolve any potential safety hazards or issues in the parking lot area.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of carts.
  8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of store layout and product locations to assist members with finding items.
  9. Continuously educate oneself on product knowledge and store policies to effectively assist members.
  10. Operate equipment such as cart pushers and electric cart retrievers safely and efficiently.
  11. Uphold company policies and procedures at all times, including but not limited to safety, attendance, and customer service.
  12. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for members and team members alike.
  13. Assist with other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Standing, Walking, And Pushing Carts For Extended Periods, Often In Varying Weather Conditions. Candidates Must Possess Physical Stamina And Be Able To Lift And Carry Heavy Objects, Such As Shopping Carts, When Needed.

  • Attention To Detail: The Member Assist Cart Attendant Must Be Detail-Oriented And Able To Pay Close Attention To Their Surroundings. This Includes Making Sure The Parking Lot Is Clear Of Debris And Carts Are Organized In The Cart Corral To Ensure A Safe And Efficient Shopping Experience For Members.

  • Teamwork And Collaboration: The Member Assist Cart Attendant Will Be Working Closely With Other Team Members, Such As Cashiers And Stockers, To Ensure The Store Runs Smoothly. Therefore, The Ability To Work Well In A Team And Collaborate Effectively Is Crucial For Success In This Role.

  • Time Management Skills: As A Member Assist Cart Attendant, There Will Be Times When The Parking Lot Is Busy And Carts Need To Be Collected Quickly To Keep Up With Member Demand. Strong Time Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Work Efficiently, Are Necessary For This Job.
