1. Greet and welcome members as they enter the store, creating a positive and friendly atmosphere.
2. Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with their purchases and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
3. Process member transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or other electronic devices.
4. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a smooth and pleasant shopping experience for members.
5. Upsell and promote Sam's Club memberships and services to members, as appropriate.
6. Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist members with their purchasing decisions.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner and the store runs smoothly.
8. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies and procedures.
9. Adhere to all cash handling procedures and maintain a high level of accuracy to minimize errors.
10. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
11. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
12. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of members, associates, and company assets.
13. Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
