As a Member Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our members have a positive shopping experience by leading and guiding a team of associates.   1. Lead and guide a team of associates to ensure a positive shopping experience for our members.
  2. Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for both members and associates.
  3. Foster a team-oriented environment and promote teamwork among associates.
  4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing members' concerns and resolving any issues.
  5. Train and develop associates on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  6. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to associates and ensure they are carried out efficiently.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for members.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized store environment for members' convenience.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as safety and security regulations.
  10. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  11. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to associates, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing exceptional performance.
  12. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and special events to provide accurate information to members.
  13. Collaborate with other team leads to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
  14. Set an example for associates by demonstrating excellent customer service and teamwork.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company.
