  1. Oversee the daily operations of the member services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  2. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude.
  3. Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed to improve overall performance.
  4. Set and maintain high standards for customer service, ensuring that all members feel welcomed and valued.
  5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless operations within the store.
  7. Create and implement strategies to increase member satisfaction and retention.
  8. Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  9. Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  10. Act as a role model for the team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and professionalism at all times.
