Job Description

We're currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Merchandise and Stocking Associate. As an integral part of our store operations, you will be responsible for ensuring our shelves are always fully stocked and organized, providing our customers with a pleasant shopping experience.   1. Stocking and Organizing Shelves: The primary responsibility of the Merchandise and Stocking Associate will be to ensure that all shelves in the store are fully stocked and organized at all times. This includes restocking items as they are sold, facing products to ensure neatness, and maintaining proper inventory levels.
  2. Customer Service: The Merchandise and Stocking Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all shoppers. This includes greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with finding products.
  3. Teamwork: We value teamwork at Sam's Club, and the Merchandise and Stocking Associate will be expected to work closely with other team members to ensure the store is running smoothly. This may include assisting with tasks outside of their primary responsibilities, such as cashiering or helping with store resets.
  4. Attention to Detail: It is crucial that the Merchandise and Stocking Associate pays close attention to detail in order to maintain the store's appearance and organization.   6. Stock Room Maintenance: In addition to stocking shelves, the Merchandise and Stocking Associate will also be responsible for maintaining the stock room. This may include organizing and labeling products, receiving and unpacking shipments, and keeping track of inventory levels.
  7. Fast-Paced Environment: Sam's Club is a fast-paced retail environment, and the Merchandise and Stocking Associate must be able to work efficiently and effectively in this type of setting. This may include multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and working quickly to meet deadlines.
