- Communicate effectively with members regarding any substitutions or out-of-stock items.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including picking area and delivery vehicle.
- Deliver orders to members' homes in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow all safety and security procedures while handling and delivering orders.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members, promoting loyalty to Sam's Club.
- Continuously strive to improve the personal shopping experience for members.
- Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
