As a Personal Shopper, you will have the amazing opportunity to provide exceptional service to our valued members by hand-selecting and delivering their orders straight to their doorstep. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who are passionate about creating an effortless shopping experience for our members.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to members by greeting them and assisting with their shopping needs.
  2. Hand-select and gather items from the store to fulfill members' online orders.
  3. Ensure accuracy and quality of all items selected for members' orders.
  4. Communicate effectively with members regarding any substitutions or out-of-stock items.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including picking area and delivery vehicle.
  6. Deliver orders to members' homes in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Follow all safety and security procedures while handling and delivering orders.
  8. Build and maintain positive relationships with members, promoting loyalty to Sam's Club.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the personal shopping experience for members.
  10. Attend training sessions and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  11. Assist with inventory management, including identifying and reporting any inventory discrepancies.
  12. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
  13. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  15. Handle any member complaints or concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Stamina As You Will Be On Your Feet For Extended Periods Of Time, Moving And Lifting Heavy Items. Personal Shoppers At Sam's Club Must Be Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job To Ensure Orders Are Fulfilled Efficiently.
