As a Personal Shopper, you will have the unique opportunity to assist our valued members in finding the perfect products to meet their needs and exceed their expectations. This role requires a passion for customer service, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.   1. Provide exceptional customer service to all members by greeting them and assisting them with their shopping needs.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to interact with members and understand their product preferences and needs.
  3. Use product knowledge and expertise to recommend and suggest items that meet the members' specific requirements.
  4. Keep up-to-date knowledge of current products, sales, and promotions to provide accurate information to members.
  5. Demonstrate a keen eye for detail when selecting and packaging products for members' orders.
  6. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in fulfilling members' orders by following established procedures and guidelines.
  7. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for members.
  9. Proactively address and resolve any customer complaints or concerns to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect the well-being of members and team members.
  11. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  12. Keep a clean and organized work environment to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for members.
  13. Attend training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and improve customer service skills.
  14. Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information, such as members' personal and payment information.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Sam's Club by promoting the store and its products to members.
