  1. Greet and welcome members as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
  2. Assist members in creating personalized shopping lists based on their needs and preferences.
  3. Use organizational skills to efficiently fulfill and pack member orders.
  4. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when selecting and packaging items.
  5. Utilize knowledge of product availability and location to efficiently navigate the store and gather items for orders.
  6. Communicate with members about any substitutions or out-of-stock items and offer alternative options.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the order fulfillment area and storage areas.
  9. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic shopping experience for members.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  11. Continuously strive to improve the shopping experience for members by suggesting new products or services that may interest them.
  12. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and store policies.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including privacy and security guidelines.
  14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members and team members.
  15. Take on additional tasks or duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the store.
