Job Description

Sam’s Club is looking for a talented Personal Shopper to join our team and provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing knowledgeable and courteous service to our customers.The ideal candidate for this position should have a minimum of one year of retail experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks. You must also have excellent customer service skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to navigate customer needs with great care. You should also be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.If you feel you have the experience and qualifications to be a successful Personal Shopper at Sam’s Club, we look forward to hearing from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide knowledgeable and courteous customer service to members and customers.
  2. Assist customers in selecting items that meet their needs and preferences.
  3. Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Maintain knowledge of product offerings and store policies.
  5. Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  6. Handle customer issues and complaints in a professional manner.
  7. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  8. Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
