Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional customer service to members and customers • Assist customers in selecting the perfect items for their needs • Maintain knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and pricing • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner • Ensure customers are aware of current promotions, discounts, and special offers • Assist in stocking and maintaining product displays • Process customer payments, returns, and exchanges in accordance with store policy and procedures • Work independently with minimal supervision • Maintain a clean and organized work environment • Adhere to company policies and procedures • Provide feedback to store management on customer service issues and other areas of improvement
