Job Description

We at Sam's Club are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacist Manager to join our team. As a Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring exceptional customer service is provided, and managing the pharmacy’s compliance with all regulations and company policies. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD degree, a current license to practice pharmacy in the state, and at least 3 years of management experience in a pharmacy setting. You will need to have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, great customer service, and a passion for providing quality care to all customers. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
  2. Oversee daily operations of the pharmacy, including scheduling, ordering, and stocking
  3. Manage the pharmacy’s compliance with all regulations and company policies
  4. Ensure accuracy of prescriptions
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns
  6. Train and supervise pharmacy staff
  7. Maintain records of patient records, inventory, and other relevant documents
  8. Build relationships with key customers and vendors
  9. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
  10. Monitor and analyze the performance of the pharmacy and take corrective action when needed
