- Operate power equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of power equipment, including performing regular inspections and reporting any malfunctions.
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks and stack and organize products in designated areas.
- Follow established safety protocols and standards to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including removing and disposing of packaging materials and debris.
- Accurately record and maintain inventory levels and location of products.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed, such as picking and packing orders, restocking shelves, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and efficiency goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including time and attendance, dress code, and safety guidelines.
Previous Experience Operating Power Equipment: Candidates Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Operating Various Types Of Power Equipment, Such As Forklifts, Pallet Jacks, And Scissor Lifts.
Knowledge Of Safety Protocols: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Safety Procedures And Regulations Related To Operating Power Equipment, Including Proper Handling And Storage Of Materials.
Physical Fitness: This Role Requires The Ability To Stand, Walk, And Lift Heavy Objects For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
