- Greet and welcome members as they enter the produce department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked produce department at all times.
- Assist members in finding products and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Handle all produce products with care to ensure freshness and quality.
- Receive and stock incoming produce shipments according to company standards.
- Rotate and arrange produce displays to ensure first-in, first-out (FIFO) method is followed.
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in the produce department.
- Follow proper safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for members and team members.
- Assist with inventory management and maintain accurate records of produce stock levels.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure all departments are functioning smoothly.
- Address and resolve any member complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on current produce trends and promotions to effectively assist members.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
