We are looking for a dynamic individual with excellent leadership and communication skills who is passionate about customer service and helping our members achieve their goals.The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in a retail environment. They must have a proven track record of success in recruiting and training sales personnel, and possess an in-depth knowledge of product lines, current trends and customer service. Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop sales personnel, and ensure they maintain a high level of customer service.
- Monitor performance of team members, develop and implement strategies to improve sales figures and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain budgets, review and approve sales reports, and provide timely feedback to team members.
- Analyze and evaluate market data to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns to increase sales.
- Facilitate team meetings, ensure clear communication and goal alignment, and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure that team members are meeting and exceeding targets, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and team spirit, and ensure all team members are working towards the same goal.
- Monitor customer feedback and inquiries, and develop strategies to improve customer service.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, current trends, and industry regulations.
