  1. Manage and Lead a Team: The Tire and Battery Center Team Leader will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees. This includes hiring, training, and supervising team members to ensure they provide excellent customer service.
  2. Ensure Smooth Operations: The Team Leader will oversee the daily operations of the tire and battery center, including inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
