1. Greet and welcome members to Sam's Club in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to and addressing members' needs and concerns.
3. Perform tire and battery services including installations, repairs, and maintenance.
4. Utilize technical skills and knowledge to accurately and efficiently complete all tasks.
5. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure the safety of members and team members.
6. Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a professional and safe work environment.
7. Communicate with members and team members effectively to provide updates on services and any potential issues.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services offered by Sam's Club.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise during services.
10. Assist with inventory management and ordering of necessary supplies.
11. Continuously seek out opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to management.
12. Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on new products and procedures.
14. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
