- Perform tire and battery maintenance and repair services for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot automotive issues and provide accurate recommendations for repair or replacement.
- Utilize technical knowledge and experience to properly and safely install, balance, and rotate tires.
- Understand and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while working with vehicles and equipment.
- Consistently provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
- Keep accurate records of services performed and maintain organized work areas.
- Continuously stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new automotive technologies.

Knowledge Of Automotive Maintenance And Repair Procedures: A Tire & Battery Technician At Sam's Club Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Tire And Battery Maintenance And Repairs, Including Tire Rotation, Balancing, And Installation, As Well As Battery Testing And Replacement.
Experience With Tire And Battery Equipment And Tools: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Various Equipment And Tools Used In Tire And Battery Services, Such As Tire Changers, Wheel Balancers, And Battery Testers.
Customer Service Skills: As A Member-Focused Company, Sam's Club Values Strong Customer Service Skills In Its Employees. The Tire & Battery Technician Should Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Provide Excellent Service And Support.
Attention To Detail: In Order To Ensure The Safety And Performance Of Tires And Batteries, It Is Essential That The Technician Pays Close Attention To Detail When Performing Services. This Includes Properly Torquing Lug Nuts, Checking Tire Pressure, And Properly Disposing Of Old Batteries.
