- Develop and implement human resources operations strategies that align with the company's goals and values.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the People Team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources, such as equal employment opportunity and labor laws.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their human resource needs and provide support and guidance in all people-related matters.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members.
- Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
- Manage and analyze HR data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing support, guidance, and development opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support the company's growth and success.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in human resources and proactively implement changes to improve processes and procedures.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Hr Operations Or People Team Management.
Strong Understanding Of Hr Processes And Systems, Including Performance Management, Compensation, And Employee Relations.
Excellent Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, With A Track Record Of Driving Results And Fostering A Positive Work Culture.
Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Hr Strategies That Align With Overall Business Goals And Drive Organizational Growth.
