In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to ensure the efficient return of goods while minimizing the impact on our customers and the business.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Reverse Logistics field and a Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field. You must have a proven track record of leading successful Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and Return to Vendor (RTV) processes in a global organization. You must be an excellent communicator and have experience managing teams, as well as leading and developing cross-functional projects.
