As the leader of the IT-Strategy department you are responsible for Cyber Security, ERP System development, Mobile Applications, and IT Governance. You will lead a high-performing engineering team composed of employees and contractors and you will work in a fast paced manufacturing environment. To be successful, you will need to act as all of the following: solution architect, business analyst, project manager, and information security manager. Report performance, status, and plans to upper management and executives. Provide direction for team members with clear communication about manufacturing and system priorities. Protect the system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources. Manages development projects, version controls, and gather requirements from the customers. Prepare and manage site wide IT Hardware and Software investment projects.
