  1. Develop and implement growth strategies for the small and medium business segment.
  2. Lead and manage a team to ensure effective execution of strategies and achievement of targets.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and develop new products and services tailored for the SMB market.
  5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to track progress and make necessary adjustments to achieve goals.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  7. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support their professional growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Performance Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Performance Management, With A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Improving Performance Metrics In A Fast-Paced, High-Growth Environment.

  • Proven Leadership Skills: As A Senior Manager, This Individual Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Performance Analysts And Driving Results. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Develop Team Members, Are Essential.

  • Strategic Thinking And Decision-Making: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions To Improve Performance. They Should Also Have Experience In Developing And Implementing Performance Improvement Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Performance Data To Various Stakeholders.
