1. Manage patient accounts on a daily basis to ensure accurate payment processing and account resolution.

5. Assist in collections of overdue payments.
6. Handle inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
7. Maintain records of accounts, payments, and other relevant information.
8. Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare laws and regulations.
9. Utilize medical billing and coding software to accurately process payments.
10. Stay up to date with changes in healthcare regulations and billing requirements.
