Human Resources Specialist

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This position will be responsible for providing guidance and support in a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and compliance with employment laws. 1. Manage recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
2. Establish and maintain relationships with current employees.
3. Develop and implement training and development programs.
4. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
5. Maintain accurate personnel records for all employees.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to human resources.
7. Manage employee grievances and other personnel issues.
8. Assist with the development and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
9. Monitor and analyze employee turnover rates.
10. Act as a liaison between employees and management.
