
Manager, Procurement Policy and Compliance
Sandia National Laboratories is seeking an experienced Manager, Procurement Policy and Compliance to join our dynamic Procurement team. We are looking for an individual with strong leadership and communication skills, who is passionate about compliance and policy development, and who is ready to take on the challenge of delivering comprehensive and effective Procurement compliance and policy solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to ensure compliance with Sandia’s Procurement policies and procedures. You will leverage your deep understanding of contract law, regulations, and organizational policies to develop the necessary guidance and controls to protect the interests of the organization. Your ability to solve complex problems, make sound judgments, and demonstrate a high level of ethics and integrity will be essential to success in this role.To excel in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Procurement, or a related field. Additionally, you should have at least five years of relevant Procurement experience, including two or more years in a supervisory capacity. A thorough knowledge of governmental contracting regulations (FAR, DFAR, etc.) and experience with enterprise-wide contract management systems is also required.
