Mechanical Engineer- Facilities

Sandia National Laboratories is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer- Facilities to join our team. We are looking for someone with an innovative and creative approach to designing, developing, and maintaining mechanical engineering systems within our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college or university• At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering design and/or maintenance• Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and concepts• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications• Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills• Excellent organizational and communication skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to work flexible hours and travel as requiredIf you have the qualifications and experience to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
