Job Description

Sandia National Laboratories is searching for an experienced Thin Film Materials Lab Support Technologist who is passionate about delivering the highest quality materials research to join our team. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in thin film materials, chemistry, or a related field, as well as a demonstrated ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively. The Thin Film Materials Lab Support Technologist will be responsible for providing technical support for the thin film materials research conducted in the laboratory. This includes operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing experiments, and analyzing data. The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality results. We are looking for a candidate who has strong communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and as part of a team. This position requires excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to safety and quality assurance. The successful candidate will have a strong background in thin film materials, chemistry, or a related field, as well as a demonstrated ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively.
