Photo Process Engineer

Manage key Photo tooling projects - new tool installs, support existing tools. Monitor both Photolithography process and equipment performance, identify issues and work with vendor, maintenance, or engineers to fix tool. Certify and train maintenance, chemical technicians, and equipment tool owners. Help to establish written procedures and specs for maintenance technicians. Provide resolution/reduction of tool and process related rework and scrap issues. Lead investigations for equipment related excursions with tool vendor in order provide viable solutions. Responsible for the transition of new technology to production as well as sustainment of existing high volume processes. Develop and implement lithography solutions to facilitate new designs, increase process margin and improve wafer yield. Develop control strategies (SPC, APC) for improving and sustaining manufacturing processes (CD, OLY control, shape).
