Responsibilities: • Greeting customers in a friendly and helpful manner • Recommending items and providing fashion advice • Assisting customers with product selection and purchase decisions • Operating point-of-sale systems to process payments • Maintaining store displays and merchandising stock • Managing inventory and restocking shelves • Answering customer inquiries and resolving complaints • Upselling additional products and services • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction • Utilizing product knowledge to encourage sales • Cross-selling products to increase sales • Maintaining a clean and orderly store environment.
