
Associate Director, Field Deployment and Incentive Compensation

- Develop and implement a strategic plan for deploying and managing the field sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in field deployment and incentive compensation plans.
- Design and implement effective incentive compensation plans to motivate and reward the sales team, while driving performance and achieving business objectives.
- Lead and manage a team responsible for field deployment and incentive compensation, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and finance, to ensure alignment and integration of field deployment and compensation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales force deployment and incentive compensation, and make recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations related to field deployment and incentive compensation.
- Communicate regularly with sales team leaders and senior management to provide updates on field deployment and incentive compensation performance.
- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the sales team on field deployment and incentive compensation plans and strategies.
- Continuously assess and improve upon processes and systems related to field deployment and incentive compensation, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Field Deployment And Incentive Compensation, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry
Strong Understanding Of Sales And Marketing Operations, Including Field Force Deployment Strategies And Incentive Compensation Plans
Proven Leadership Skills With Experience Managing And Developing A Team
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A High Level Of Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools.
