Clinical Research Associate

Sanofi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic professional with experience in clinical research and a passion for making a difference in patient care. To be successful in this role, the Clinical Research Associate will need to have experience with various clinical trial activities, have excellent organizational and communication skills, and possess a working knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulations. The Clinical Research Associate will be responsible for monitoring the progress of clinical trials, including patient eligibility, protocol adherence, data collection, and safety monitoring.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of two years experience in clinical research or a related field, and experience in the conduct and management of clinical trials. Proficiency in using MS Office, as well as knowledge of relevant clinical research software, is also required. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor the progress of clinical trials including patient eligibility, protocol adherence, data collection, and safety monitoring
2. Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and applicable regulations
3. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of clinical trial activities
5. Address any issues with clinical trial sites or protocol deviations
6. Manage and track study-related documents
7. Prepare necessary reports and attend meetings with sponsors
8. Manage data entry and query resolution
9. Manage patient recruitment and tracking
10. Oversee clinical trial budget tracking
11. Ensure ethical and compliant study conduct
