  1. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business goals and support its mission to improve healthcare worldwide.
  2. Conduct research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and in line with industry trends and best practices.
  3. Design and administer the company's compensation structure, including base salary, bonuses, and equity programs, to attract and retain top talent.
  4. Manage the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to ensure they are cost-effective, compliant, and meet the needs of employees.
  5. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop and manage the annual compensation and benefits budget.
  6. Partner with internal stakeholders, such as senior leadership and HR business partners, to understand business needs and develop strategies to address them.
  7. Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and benefits inquiries.
  8. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
  9. Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes to programs.
  10. Lead the communication and education efforts for new or revised compensation and benefits programs to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their benefits and total compensation.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for updates or changes to the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  12. Manage relationships with external vendors, such as benefits brokers and compensation survey providers, to ensure the company is receiving high-quality services and competitive pricing.
  13. Coach and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement within the department.
  14. Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters and represent the company in external forums, such as industry conferences or networking events.
  15. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and handle all compensation and benefits-related matters with discretion and professionalism.

Job Qualifications
