- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's business goals and support its mission to improve healthcare worldwide.
- Conduct research and analysis to ensure the company's compensation and benefits programs are competitive and in line with industry trends and best practices.
- Design and administer the company's compensation structure, including base salary, bonuses, and equity programs, to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage the company's employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to ensure they are cost-effective, compliant, and meet the needs of employees.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to develop and manage the annual compensation and benefits budget.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, such as senior leadership and HR business partners, to understand business needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on compensation and benefits-related matters, including job evaluations, salary recommendations, and benefits inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
- Monitor and analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements or changes to programs.
- Lead the communication and education efforts for new or revised compensation and benefits programs to ensure employees have a clear understanding of their benefits and total compensation.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices and make recommendations for updates or changes to the company's compensation and benefits programs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, such as benefits brokers and compensation survey providers, to ensure the company is receiving high-quality services and competitive pricing.
- Coach and develop a team of compensation and benefits professionals to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement within the department.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on compensation and benefits matters and represent the company in external forums, such as industry conferences or networking events.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and handle all compensation and benefits-related matters with discretion and professionalism.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Compensation And Benefits Management.
Strong Knowledge Of Compensation And Benefits Laws And Regulations.
Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Comprehensive Compensation And Benefits Programs.
