  1. Develop and implement strategic medical plans for T1 diabetes within the country, in alignment with global company objectives.
  2. Serve as the key medical expert and ambassador for T1 diabetes, representing Sanofi at medical conferences and events.
  3. Lead and manage a team of medical professionals, providing guidance and support in their daily activities and development.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and market access to ensure a holistic approach to T1 diabetes management.
  5. Stay up to date on the latest research and developments in T1 diabetes and apply this knowledge to support product development and commercialization efforts.
  6. Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the field of endocrinology and T1 diabetes.
  7. Provide medical expertise and support for clinical trial activities related to T1 diabetes, including study design and protocol development.
  8. Act as a liaison between the company and relevant regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance with all local and international regulations.
  9. Review and approve medical and promotional materials related to T1 diabetes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  10. Continuously monitor and analyze data and market trends related to T1 diabetes, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  11. Serve as a mentor and coach to medical team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
  12. Act as a patient advocate, ensuring that the needs and perspectives of those living with T1 diabetes are considered in all relevant company initiatives.
  13. Participate in budget planning and management for T1 diabetes medical activities within the country.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and insights on T1 diabetes medical developments and initiatives.
  15. Uphold and promote ethical and compliant behavior in all interactions and activities related to T1 diabetes.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Equivalent) From An Accredited Institution.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Field Of Autoimmune Diabetes, With A Focus On Type 1 Diabetes.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Management In A Medical Or Healthcare Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Current Landscape Of Autoimmune Diabetes Treatment And Research.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Key Stakeholders.
