  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and support for patients with rare diseases.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, patient advocacy groups, and patient communities.
  3. Identify and understand the needs and challenges of patients with rare diseases and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that improve patient outcomes and access to treatments.
  5. Lead the planning and execution of patient engagement programs and events.
  6. Monitor and analyze customer engagement metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to rare diseases and customer engagement.
  8. Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, representing the company's values and mission.
  9. Train and educate internal teams on rare diseases and customer engagement strategies.
  10. Participate in conferences, meetings, and events to increase awareness of rare diseases and promote the company's initiatives.
  11. Maintain a high level of empathy and understanding for patients with rare diseases and their caregivers.
  12. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop messaging and materials that effectively communicate the company's commitment to rare diseases and customer engagement.
  13. Continuously seek out new opportunities and innovative approaches to improve customer engagement and support for rare disease patients.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting the company's values and mission to external stakeholders.
  15. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to compliance and patient privacy.

Job Qualifications
  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Rare Diseases: A Customer Engagement Manager For Rare Diseases At Sanofi Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Complexities And Challenges Associated With Rare Diseases. This Includes Knowledge Of Disease Diagnosis, Treatment Options, Patient Support Programs, And Regulatory Environment.

  • Experience In Pharmaceutical Industry: Candidates Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Specifically In The Rare Disease Space. This Should Include Experience In Sales, Marketing, Or Customer Engagement Roles.

  • Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Customer Engagement Manager, The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Key Stakeholders And Build Strong Relationships Is Crucial. This Includes Building Rapport With Healthcare Professionals, Patient Advocacy Groups, And Internal Teams.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Rare Diseases Often Require A Unique And Tailored Approach To Engage With Patients And Healthcare Professionals.
