Job Description

As the Customer Support Representative at Sanofi, you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service to all Sanofi customers. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our customers, and you will bring your enthusiasm and expertise to help ensure our customers have an excellent experience with Sanofi.To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in customer service or a related field. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Above all, you should have a genuine interest in helping people and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all Sanofi customers.
  2. Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other methods quickly and accurately.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for customers to address their questions and concerns.
  4. Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
  5. Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with Sanofi’s products and services.
  6. Maintain customer records in order to properly track customer interactions.
  7. Provide feedback to the relevant departments in order to improve customer service processes.
  8. Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality.
  9. Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Assist in training new customer service representatives.
