
Customer Support Representative
As the Customer Support Representative at Sanofi, you will be responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable customer service to all Sanofi customers. Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to all Sanofi customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and other methods quickly and accurately.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers to address their questions and concerns.
- Research and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction with Sanofi’s products and services.
- Maintain customer records in order to properly track customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to the relevant departments in order to improve customer service processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service quality.
- Adhere to all customer service policies and procedures.
- Assist in training new customer service representatives.
