- Lead the successful implementation of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for ERP implementation projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and ensure alignment with the ERP system.
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the project stays on track.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including project charters, status reports, and change requests.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project progress and escalate any issues or concerns.
- Manage and mentor a team of project managers and business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their needs are met throughout the project.
- Monitor and track project expenses to ensure they stay within budget and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Continuously evaluate and improve ERP processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement in ERP systems.
- Conduct training and provide support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the ERP implementation process.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
- Represent Sanofi as a leader in the pharmaceutical industry and promote our commitment to improving patient lives through technology.
Extensive Experience In Erp Implementation: The Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Implementing Erp Systems, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. They Should Be Familiar With The Entire Erp Project Lifecycle, From Planning And Design To Implementation And Post-Go-Live Support.
Project Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Project Management Background, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Large-Scale Erp Projects. They Should Have Experience In Managing Project Timelines, Budgets, And Resources, As Well As Mitigating Risks And Issues.
Technical Expertise: The Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Erp Systems And Their Technical Components. They Should Have A Strong Background In Erp Modules Such As Finance, Supply Chain, And Manufacturing, As Well As Experience With Erp Software Like Sap Or Oracle.
Change Management Experience: As An Erp Program And Project Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing The Organizational Change That Comes With Implementing A New Erp System. They Should Have Experience In Change Management Methodologies And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Train Employees On The New System.
Leadership And Communication Skills: This Role Requires Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, As The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing A Team Of Project Managers, Developers, And Other Stakeholders. They Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate Project Updates, Provide Direction And Guidance To Team Members, And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
