  1. Lead global search and evaluation efforts in the field of Inflammation & Immunology for Sanofi.
  2. Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and opportunities to advance the company's pipeline.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to assess the potential value and fit of potential collaborations.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish strategic priorities and alignment for search and evaluation activities.
  5. Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders in the Inflammation & Immunology space.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape in order to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the market.
  7. Develop and present comprehensive business cases to senior leadership for potential collaborations.
  8. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with potential partners.

  10. Drive innovation within the company by identifying new approaches and technologies in Inflammation & Immunology.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to network and identify potential opportunities.
  12. Mentor and guide team members in search and evaluation activities.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Continuously monitor and evaluate ongoing partnerships to ensure their success and make recommendations for improvement.
  15. Contribute to the overall growth and success of Sanofi's Inflammation & Immunology portfolio.
