  1. Develop and implement global quality strategies and initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  2. Lead and manage cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement across all global operations.
  3. Oversee the development and implementation of quality systems, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
  4. Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  5. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance in all aspects of the company's operations.
  6. Provide guidance and support to site quality teams to ensure alignment with global quality standards and processes.
  7. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on quality standards and best practices.
  8. Prepare and present quality reports and updates to senior management and regulatory authorities.
  9. Stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements to proactively identify potential quality risks and implement appropriate measures to mitigate them.
  10. Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the organization through effective communication and leadership.
  11. Develop and manage the global quality budget and ensure resources are allocated effectively.
  12. Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with global quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert on quality issues and provide guidance to teams and individuals as needed.
  14. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive quality and process improvements.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to promote teamwork and employee development.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Quality Management, Or Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Leadership Role, Preferably In A Global Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Quality Regulations And Standards, Including Fda, Ema, And Ich Guidelines.

  • Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Complex Quality Projects Across Multiple Geographies And Functional Areas.
