Extensive Experience In Managing Trade And Revenue For Pharmaceutical Products: A Qualified Candidate For The Head Of Trade And Revenue Management Position At Sanofi Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing And Optimizing Trade And Revenue For Pharmaceutical Products. This Should Include Experience In Developing Pricing Strategies, Managing Discounts And Rebates, And Forecasting Sales.
Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills: The Head Of Trade And Revenue Management Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Trade And Revenue Professionals. Therefore, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Be Able To Effectively Manage A Team, And Have A Track Record Of Developing And Motivating Team Members.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations And Compliance: Sanofi Operates In A Highly Regulated Industry, And The Head Of Trade And Revenue Management Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Requirements.
