- Conduct quality checks on the production floor to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve any quality issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
- Perform audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain and update all necessary quality documentation and records, including batch records, production logs, and inspection reports.
- Track and investigate any deviations or non-conformances, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Train and educate production staff on quality standards and procedures to ensure a culture of quality and compliance is maintained.
- Communicate any quality concerns or issues to management in a timely and effective manner.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and make recommendations for process improvements to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert on quality and compliance matters, providing guidance and support to other team members as needed.
Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems: A Qa Shop Floor Specialist At Sanofi Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Quality Management Systems (Qms) And Be Able To Apply Them To Ensure Compliance With Industry Regulations And Company Standards.
