- Develop and implement strategies for generating and analyzing real-world data to support the development and commercialization of innovative therapies.
- Serve as the medical expert on real-world evidence studies and provide guidance and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute real-world evidence studies that meet scientific and regulatory standards.
- Analyze and interpret real-world data to generate insights and recommendations for optimizing patient outcomes.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in real-world evidence research and make recommendations for incorporating new methodologies and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all real-world evidence activities.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to various audiences, including internal teams, healthcare professionals, and regulatory bodies.
- Foster strong relationships with key opinion leaders and external partners to drive the use of real-world evidence in healthcare decision-making.
- Lead and mentor a team of researchers and analysts to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of real-world evidence studies.
- Contribute to the development of evidence-based strategies and plans for the successful launch and commercialization of new therapies.
- Represent Sanofi at scientific conferences, symposiums, and other events to showcase our real-world evidence capabilities.
- Continuously assess and improve processes and methodologies for real-world evidence generation and analysis.
Advanced Degree In Medicine Or Related Field: A Successful Candidate For The Real World Evidence Medical Lead Position At Sanofi Must Possess An Advanced Degree In Medicine, Such As A Doctor Of Medicine (Md) Or Doctor Of Osteopathic Medicine (Do) Degree. This Ensures A Strong Foundation In Clinical Knowledge And Expertise.
Extensive Experience In Real World Evidence (Rwe) Research: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Conducting Rwe Research, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Includes Experience In Designing And Executing Rwe Studies, Analyzing And Interpreting Data, And Presenting Findings To Key Stakeholders.
Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Regulatory Landscape For Rwe, Including Knowledge Of Fda And Ema Guidelines And Requirements. This Is Essential For Ensuring That Rwe Studies Are Conducted In Compliance With Regulatory Standards.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills: As A Medical Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Rwe Researchers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills And The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Are Crucial For Success In This Role.
