We are currently seeking a Regional Business Director for our Pulmonary division in the Southeast region. As the Regional Business Director, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team to drive sales and market share for our Pulmonary products.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and increase market share for the Pulmonary division in the Southeast region.
  2. Lead, mentor and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and recommend appropriate actions.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key opinion leaders in the Pulmonary field.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and market access to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to driving business results.
  6. Set and manage regional budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of company resources.
  7. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  8. Provide regular updates and reports on regional sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve team performance through coaching, training, and performance management.
  10. Represent the company at regional conferences, meetings, and events to promote our products and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  11. Stay updated on industry and healthcare trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to make informed business decisions.
  12. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's values and promotes employee engagement and development.
  13. Contribute to the development and implementation of national sales strategies and initiatives.
  14. Travel within the region as needed to support and oversee sales activities.
  15. Uphold the company's commitment to patient-centricity and ethical business practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Sales, With A Focus On Respiratory Products.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Leadership And Management Of Sales Teams, Preferably In The Southeast Region.

  • Strong Understanding Of The Pulmonary Market Landscape And Key Stakeholders, With The Ability To Develop And Execute Strategic Business Plans.

  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Build Strong Relationships With Customers And Internal Stakeholders.
