  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to engage and support key accounts for Sanofi products.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for account engagement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted messaging and materials for key accounts.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Develop and manage marketing budgets for account engagement initiatives.
  7. Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  8. Track and report on the effectiveness of account engagement marketing campaigns.
  9. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on market trends and opportunities.
  10. Stay current on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance in all marketing activities.
  11. Train and mentor junior marketing team members on best practices for account engagement.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote products and build relationships with key accounts.
  13. Continuously assess and improve marketing strategies to drive growth and maximize ROI.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as legal and regulatory, to ensure all marketing materials and activities adhere to company policies and guidelines.
  15. Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and participate in strategic planning sessions.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Product Management: A Senior Product Manager, Account Engagement Marketing At Sanofi Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. They Should Have A Strong Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products Throughout Their Lifecycle.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Account Engagement Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Account Engagement Marketing Strategies And Tactics, Including Customer Segmentation, Messaging, And Channel Optimization. They Should Also Have Experience In Leveraging Data And Analytics To Drive Targeted And Personalized Marketing Campaigns.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As A Senior Role, The Candidate Should Have Excellent Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams. They Should Also Have Exceptional Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Business Acumen And Strategic Thinking: A Successful Senior Product Manager, Account Engagement Marketing Should Have A Strong Business Acumen And The Ability To Think Strategically. They Should Be Able To Analyze Market Trends, Identify New Opportunities, And Develop And Implement Effective Marketing Strategies To Drive Business Growth.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing Or A Related Field: A Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Business, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. A Background In Life Sciences Or Healthcare Is Also Preferred. Additional Certifications In Product Management Or Marketing Can Also Be Beneficial.
