1. Provide oversight and guidance to Santander's Investment Services team to ensure operational efficiency and compliance with internal and external regulations.
2. Monitor investment products, regulations and processes to ensure compliance.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures related to Santander's Investment Services team.
4. Analyze and report on data related to the team's performance and compliance.
5. Create and maintain detailed reports on a regular basis.
6. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
7. Monitor and review financial statements and other documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
8. Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
10. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure effective processes.
