Job Description

Santander Bank N.A is looking for a driven and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be an organized, customer-focused leader with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years of operational experience in a financial institution, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role. You must also have a strong understanding of banking regulations and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the daily operations of the branch, managing staff and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Ensure compliance with all banking regulations.
  3. Train and manage staff to ensure adherence to customer service standards, as well as safety and security protocols.
  4. Monitor branch performance and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
  5. Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports to senior management.
  6. Monitor customer feedback and develop strategies to improve customer service.
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Identify potential areas of risk and develop solutions to mitigate them.
  9. Implement new technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with partner organizations, customers, and regulatory bodies.
